1 Definitions & General Provisions

This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("Player" or "Member") and kios77 ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the kios77 platform at https://kios77.pro, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions contained in this document.

In this agreement, "Platform" refers to the kios77.pro website along with all services, games, features, and content available on it. "Account" refers to a user profile validly registered by a Player. "Balance" refers to the total credits or real money available in a player's account at any given time.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the kios77 platform without exception, including visitors without an account, registered members, and participants in any promotion or competition organised by kios77.

2 Member Eligibility

Kios77 services are available only to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria. Registration or use of the platform by any individual who does not meet these requirements is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance without compensation.

• Be at least 18 years old on the account registration date.
• Not currently on the self-exclusion list of any relevant gaming platform.
• Not representing a business entity, company, or organisation in an official capacity when registering a personal account.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a kios77 employee or any of its affiliated companies.

Kios77 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility from any member at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the specified period may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the kios77 platform. Registering multiple accounts, whether using the same or different information, is prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and Conditions. kios77 employs advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. False or incomplete information may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until the KYC (Know Your Customer) process is completed.

Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed. Documents that may be requested include a Malaysian identity card (MyKad), a recent utility bill as proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. All documents must be clear, current, and in an accepted format.

• Your account password must be unique and must not be shared with any other party.
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your account.
• Any suspicious activity should be reported to the kios77 support team immediately.
• Kios77 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the player's own negligence.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Kios77 accepts deposits via a range of supported payment methods including online banking, digital wallets, and other methods displayed in the Finance section of the platform. All deposits are processed using 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure the security of your transactions.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method. Details on these limits are displayed during the deposit process. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment processor.

All withdrawals will be returned to the original payment method used for the deposit ("return to source"). kios77 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding a certain amount as an anti-money laundering precaution.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Kios77 offers a variety of bonuses to new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and special festive promotions. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated clearly in their respective promotion terms.

Wagering requirements refer to the total amount you must wager before bonus funds or winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling 20 times the bonus value before a withdrawal is permitted.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible promotion, unless otherwise stated.
• Kios77 reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being obtained through unauthorised means or abuse of the promotions system.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value unless wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Different games may contribute at different rates toward fulfilling wagering requirements; this information is available in the terms of each promotion.

6 Game Rules

All games offered on the kios77 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been verified and audited by an independent body. This ensures every game outcome is entirely random and free from any form of manipulation.

If a technical disruption occurs during a game session — such as an internet disconnection, server outage, or software failure — kios77 will attempt to restore the session to the last recorded state in our system. Outcomes that were settled before the disruption occurred are final and cannot be altered.

• Wins generated through the use of automation software, bots, or any third-party tools are invalid and will be voided.
• Any attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in games must be reported to kios77 immediately. Exploiting bugs for personal gain is a serious violation.
• Kios77 reserves the right to void any bet accepted in error at clearly incorrect odds (obvious error).
• In the event of any dispute regarding game results, kios77's server records shall be considered the final reference.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Kios77 is committed to maintaining a fair, safe, and enjoyable gaming environment for all members. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action including account closure and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Money laundering — Using the kios77 platform to disguise the origin of illicit funds is a serious criminal offence.
• Identity fraud — registering using another person's information or falsified documents.
• Collusion — colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in table games or live poker.
• Use of malicious software — installing or using bots, spyware, or automation tools during gameplay.
• Promotion abuse — opening multiple accounts solely to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Cyberattacks — Any attempt to interfere with, breach, or damage the kios77 platform infrastructure is strictly prohibited.
• Threats or harassment — harassing, threatening, or bullying other players or kios77 staff.

Kios77 fully cooperates with authorities in investigations involving illegal activity on our platform. Any information required by law enforcement agencies will be provided in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Kios77 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for reasonable cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or requests from the relevant authorities.

Players may also request self-initiated account closure at any time through the account settings section or by contacting the kios77 customer support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Valid balances will be returned to the player once all necessary security checks have been completed.

• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee in accordance with the current platform policy.
• Accounts closed due to serious violations are not eligible to open a new account on the kios77 platform.
• Players who choose self-exclusion may do so through the Responsible Gaming section in their account settings.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

Kios77 takes our responsibility to protect the privacy and personal data of every member seriously. All information collected during registration and use of the platform is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, accessible at Privacy Policy page.

10 Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution

Should any dispute arise between you and kios77, we encourage you to contact our customer support team first, as most issues can be resolved quickly through this channel. Disputes that cannot be resolved internally will be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration process.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any legal action or proceedings relating to this agreement shall be submitted to the jurisdiction specified herein.
